R&A Mobile Detailing Service Agreement

Access to Water & Electricity

We require access to water and electricity for all of our car detailing services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us at (XXX) XXX-XXXX so we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a $80 cancelation fee.

By booking or using R&A Mobile Detailing services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and R&A Mobile Detailing (“Contractor”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

Cancellation Policy

♦ 48+ hours notice: No fee
♦ 24-48 hours notice: $80 fee
♦ Less than 24 hours notice: $150 fee
♦ No call/No show: Full service amount charged up to $250
♦ Client not present or vehicle unable to be detailed upon arrival: Full service amount charged up to $250
♦ R&A Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule based on staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. Gift certificate appointments follow the same cancellation policy.

Late Arrival

R&A Mobile Detailing reserves the right to arrive up to 120 minutes late. Sometimes job schedules are tight and we may need to push your appointment back a bit. Traffic can also have an impact on arrival times. We ask that you be patient with our arrival.

Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality

When booking our services, you agree to provide R&A Mobile Detailing personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform auto-related services such as detailing, ceramic coating, tinting, wrap, wet sanding, and other cosmetic enhancement services. R&A Mobile Detailing endeavors to perform services to a high standard, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion.  R&A Mobile Detailing is not liable for concerns raised thereafter or if you do not participate in the final inspection.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability

R&A Mobile Detailing will document pre-existing damage but is not liable for pre-existing conditions. If damage occurs under R&A Mobile Detailing care, you will be notified. R&A Mobile Detailing provides no guarantees or warranties. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. R&A Mobile Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Fees, Service Terms & Payment

The fee for our services is the “Total Cost” indicated when you book online. If the job exceeds the estimate by over 20%, additional fees will be confirmed with you. Payment is due upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid. You agree to pay R&A Mobile Detailing collection costs if applicable.

Access Requirements

You must provide access to water and electricity for mobile detailing services. Failure to do so results in a $150 cancellation fee.

Safety

You must disclose any harmful substances in the vehicle prior to detailing. You are responsible for any health/safety issues arising from your vehicle.

Feedback, Termination & Governing Law

We welcome your feedback at email@email.com. By booking our services, you agree that R&A Mobile Detailing may use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you object in writing. This agreement is governed by STATE law.

By booking and using R&A Mobile Detailing services, you certify that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are 18+ years of age. You agree to indemnify and hold R&A Mobile Detailing harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement.

Mandatory Gratuity Fee

If the Client does not show up for the final quality control check and inspection at the end of the job, a mandatory gratuity fee of 10% of the total service cost will be added to the invoice. This fee is non-negotiable if you are not able to go over the vehicle with the technician at the end of the job.

I Understand That

♦ R&A Mobile Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work.
♦ Your payment to R&A Mobile Detailing is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.
♦ R&A Mobile Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
♦ If the job takes 20% longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $50 per every half hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of R&A Mobile Detailing employees (We will ask you before proceeding with extra charge).
♦ All Sales Are Final.

R&A Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, R&A Mobile Detailing does not make any commitment to update the materials.

R&A Mobile Detailing Service Agreement

Firm Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 hours notice: No fee
24-48 hours notice: $50 fee.
♦ 12-24 hours notice:
50% of service amount, up to $250 fee.
♦ Less than 12 hours notice or No call/No show:
100% of service amount, up to $250 fee.
♦ Client not present or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: 100% of service amount, up to $250 fee.

Late Arrival

R&A Mobile Detailing may arrive up to 90 minutes late due to tight schedules or traffic. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality

By booking, you agree to provide R&A Mobile Detailing personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform services, including detailing, ceramic coating, tinting, wrap, wet sanding, and other cosmetic enhancements. We strive to maintain high-quality service standards. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. Concerns raised beyond this timeframe or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed.

Single Vehicle Policy for Full Detail Service

When booking a Full Detail service, this service is limited to one vehicle only. The Full Detail service will not be split between multiple vehicles; both interior and exterior detailing will be completed on the same single vehicle. Please ensure that the vehicle for which the Full Detail is intended is available at the time of the appointment.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. R&A Mobile Detailing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total Cost: The fee is set at booking. Additional charges for add-ons or extended time over 30 minutes will be discussed with you for approval.
Payment: Due upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until fully paid. You are responsible for R&A Mobile Detailing collection costs, if applicable.
Extra Dirty Fee: If a job takes longer than anticipated, an extra dirty fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes may apply, subject to your approval.

Access Requirements

To perform mobile detailing services, we require access to water and electricity. If access is unavailable upon arrival, a fee of up to 100 of the service amount (capped at 250 will apply. If you’re unsure about water and electric access, please call (541)-232-7472 to reschedule.

Safety

Please disclose any hazardous substances in your vehicle before detailing. You assume responsibility for any health or safety risks associated with your vehicle.
